We rented a wooden bungalow with a ventilator which was perfect - nicely done, comfortable beds, and very clean. The terrace with a hammock was great for chilling. The owners were lovely and made us feel like part of the family. They arranged transportation, laundry, and daily trips at the lowest prices possible. The location was an advantage as it was away from the noisy bars and offered shade and nature all day. It was a nice and spacious surrounding.
The constant noise from the road was annoying, especially at night, and the odor of cat pee was unpleasant. The traffic from scooters went on well into the night and started early in the morning.

The owners of the hotel were extremely friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They even prepared a special meal for my wife who has a gluten allergy. The wooden cottage we stayed in was cozy and had a spacious terrace with a hammock. Additionally, the food in the restaurant was delicious.
The noise from the nearby road was quite bothersome, especially at night. There were also a lot of cats around the property, which not only created a bad smell but also tried to enter our cottage.
